You have purchased the CiA standards and specifications CD-ROM, version 4.0.0. On the left hand side you will find all standards and specifications by their number. They are listed by their relevance for users in blocks of 100. Four blocks are available:
The state of the documents is as follows: documents named CiA DS are Draft Standards, they are valid for approximately one year after publication date and will not be changed within this time. The adherence to Draft Standards is a prerogative to avoid compatibility problems for your implementation.
CiA DSP stands for Draft Standard Proposal. The DSPs' content can be changed without prior notice and at any time.
CiA DR means Draft Recommendation. These Recommendations are valid for approximately one year from their date of publication and adherence to them is recommended for user convenience but does not affect an implementation's compatibility to others.
Errata sheets to all the above will be automatically included, if applicable.
